Nursery – Bright Horizons Barford Day Nursery

Salary – Starting from £26,936 - £27,996.80 / £ 12.95 - £13.46 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Hours - 24 or 32 hours per week over 3 or 4 days

Location – Barford, CV35 8EW

We are looking for a Part Time Level 2 or 3 qualified Practitioner working 3 or 4 days per week, to join our wonderful Barford Day Nursery and Preschool. This nursery is situated in a lovely village in Warwick, with other nearby towns including Wellesbourne, Leamington Spa, and Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Our 45 place Nursery is proudly rated as “Outstanding” by Ofsted, and due to its cosy village location has a lovely homely feel, including a peaceful garden. It also has some great extra-curricular activities on offer, such as football and music!

The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for:

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
