Job summary

Leicester Nursery, part of Storal, is seeking a part‑time nursery practitioner (15 hours per week) to support planning activities, observe progress and provide personal care for children. An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 or experience in an early years setting is required, with EYFS knowledge advantageous.

The team is warm and the setting uses play‑based learning with a strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 or experience in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy principles daily.
• Engage with families to support learning and development.
