N Family Club in Balham, London is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Early Years Educator to join our Nursery Education team. You’ll nurture curiosity, support routine, and deliver play-based learning through the N Curriculum, while building strong relationships with children and families.

This part-time role (2-3 days per week) offers industry-leading training, coaching, and resources, plus a range of benefits and a supportive environment where educators thrive and children flourish.

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid training and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Inspire learning through play-based activities aligned to the N Curriculum.
• Support daily routines from meals to nap times.

What you’ll be doing…

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
  Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
  

Our Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
