Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in Southampton is seeking a Supermarket Assistant for 15 hours a week, across seven days with shifts from 03:00am to 08:00am. You will help keep shelves stocked, fulfil online orders, and support the wider shop team while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place at the right time.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
