Toby Carvery - Bessacarr is seeking a Part Time Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee all areas of the business and help ensure each visit is memorable for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality.
• Strong guest service focus and leadership abilities.
• Flexible around shifts and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day running of the business.
• Lead and train the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and hosted to create memorable experiences.
