Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Duty Manager for Toby Carvery - Watergate Toll to support the General Manager in everyday operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

You’ll oversee service, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction while balancing a busy shift. The role includes flexible shifts, generous staff discounts, and opportunities to develop leadership within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Must demonstrate management experience in a hospitality/food service setting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff oversight.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drinks, and service.
• Model behavior and guide development of team members.
• Ensure guests are cared for and create memorable experiences.

As Part Time Duty Manager at Toby Carvery - Watergate Toll, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
