Part-Time Dual Receptionist – High-Profile Finance Firm
Location: Central London (Victoria) | Office-Based
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9.30 am – 6.30 pm (with overtime available for holiday cover)

We’re hiring on behalf of a global finance firm in stunning offices in Victoria. This is a career receptionist opportunity for someone who understands that the first impression isn’t just important – it’s everything.

About the Role:

• Work in tandem with another experienced Receptionist in a dual reception setup
• Greet high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), VIP investors, and senior stakeholders with warmth and impeccable discretion
• Support 6 busy, back-to-back meeting rooms for a team of 170 professionals
• Deliver a boutique-style, 5-star hotel standard of service, from welcoming high-profile visitors to setting up immaculate meeting rooms
• Order, set up, and clear away lunches and refreshments with care and attention to detail
• Manage practical tasks like loading/unstacking the dishwasher to maintain a pristine office environment
