Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Special Needs Caregivers / DSPs to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. You’ll work one-on-one as a companion, mentor, and advocate, helping clients reach their full potential.

We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across multiple shifts, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDDs).
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Ability to transport clients to community outings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on clients' hobbies and activities.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.
