The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting patients, staff, and visitors, as well as maintaining the fleet of vehicles.
As a driver for Adderley Green, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the service by transporting your team and service users to a variety of locations within the community. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on teamwork and support, to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals. The role also involves maintaining the vehicles, keeping them clean and well-fueled, and reporting any issues promptly.

Working alongside the team at Adderley Green, there is a large emphasis on teamwork and support. You will be encouraged to reach your full potential and will have the opportunity to develop your skillset as you will support other departments within the hospital including Administration and security checks.
As a Driver, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and record-keeping of the vehicle. You will have a clean and full UK driving license for at least 2 years. You will work 30 hours a week and work a varietyof shift patterns including some late nights and alternate weekends whereneeded.

You will be working at Adderley Green, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
The extensive facilities cater for the specific needs of people aged over 18 years who have complex neurological care and rehabilitation requirements. You will working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver truly person-centred services where each individual is at the heart of everything.
Adderley Green offers a full inter disciplinary team to support and enable residents to undergo reviews of their specific and/or changing needs and work towards targeted and monitored goals utilising nationally recognised outcome measures.
