Qualifications

• Holds QTS and has strong Drama subject knowledge.
• Can organise practical lessons with clear expectations and safe routines.
• Encourages participation and creative risk-taking.
• Is organised, collaborative and committed to pupil progress.

Responsibilities

• Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan practical activities in improvisation, devising and scripted performance.
• Develop pupils' confidence, teamwork and reflective evaluation.
• Support relevant examination classes with performance and written components.
• Contribute to performances and enrichment activities where appropriate.
