Job summary

Specsavers Home Visits is looking for an Optical Assistant to work four days a week across the Dereham area and surrounding patch, with coverage across Thetford and Fakenham. You will support clinical exposure and spend one-to-one time with patients, delivering great customer care and professional optical services.

This role offers a structured bonus scheme, car allowance, and strong opportunities for career development, with full support from Directors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months optical experience.
• Confident driver with full UK driving license.
• Happy to cover the Norfolk/Thetford, Fakenham and surrounding areas.
• Ability to dispense SV, VF and BF.

Responsibilities

• Provide optical assistant support and patient care across the patch.
• Assist with dispensing SV, VF and BF and daily optical duties.

Job description

Looking for an Optical Assistant to work 4 days per week to join the lovely Kings Lynn team. Ideally we would like you to be based in the Dereham, Thetford or Fakenham area which will make it easier to cover the whole of the businesses patch.

Starting and Benefits:

• £25,174.50 per annum pro rata for 4 days plus great bonus scheme
• Car allowance of £3,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working week, 37.5 hours
