• Salary: GBP10,400.00 per annum
• Hours: 16 hours per week, over 2 days (9am - 5pm), days negotiable
• Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Join our close-knit team at Underley Garden School, part of Options Autism, as a Kitchen Assistant. Your role involves supporting the safe and efficient operation of the school’s kitchen and dining facilities, assisting the Kitchen Manager, and helping produce high-quality school lunches in line with School Food Standards.

Responsibilities

1. Produce food to a high standard, supporting the preparation and cooking according to dietary requirements.
2. Support during serving times to ensure smooth lunch periods.
3. Prepare the dining area for service, including setting up and cleaning.
4. Prepare service areas and equipment for efficient meal service.
