Job summary

Birmingham Mind is seeking a Digital Communications Officer to strengthen its digital presence and help design, structure and launch a new staff intranet, while creating and updating website content and digital materials for services, campaigns and events.

You will work with the Communications & Marketing Lead to plan content, keep channels accurate and accessible, support campaigns, and train staff and volunteers to use digital platforms confidently.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for websites, intranets and social media.
• Ability to use content management systems and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, adaptable for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Birmingham Mind’s digital presence, including a new staff intranet.
• Create and update website content and digital materials to support services, campaigns and events.
• Plan content with colleagues, ensure accuracy, accessibility and brand consistency across channels.
• Provide guidance and training so staff/volunteers can use digital platforms confidently.
