Job summary

Bassetlaw District Council is seeking an Applications and Digital Development Officer to support, develop and maintain the Council's business applications and digital services. You will work with colleagues across the organisation to improve systems and streamline processes using new technologies.

The role focuses on supporting key applications, analysing requirements and implementing enhancements while collaborating with suppliers and teams to deliver public services effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering business applications or ICT systems.
• Confident with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to learn and develop new technology.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer key business applications and digital services.
