Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members for part-time, on-road roles in the UK. You will deliver quality products on time, using pre-planned routes and Ocado's automation, while engaging with customers and upholding high service standards.

You’ll work three 8-hour shifts weekly, with shifts scheduled across different days. The role pays £13.75 per hour with paid breaks, and offers benefits including a company pension and health services.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality products on time as a customer-facing team member.
• Follow pre-planned routes using Ocado's automation to load your van.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions.
• Work 3 shifts per week, 8 hours each, with a rotating schedule.
• Ensure breaks are paid as part of the shift.
