Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to join our delivery operations in Swindon. This part-time, permanent role offers 24 hours across any 3 days of 7 with 8-hour shifts AM or PM.

You’ll be on the road, delivering quality products and maintaining a friendly, customer‑facing service. Aimed at yielding an average of £13.24/hour with paid breaks and a strong benefits package including pension and discounts.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum 12 months driving experience
• Maximum 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver top quality products on time and with care
• Provide excellent customer service on the doorstep
• Work 3 x 8‑hour shifts per week, including AM/PM
• Follow pre-planned routes and stay safe on the road
