A growing business in Telford is seeking a part-time Customer Services and Sales Administrator. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales orders, and supporting the sales team. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
We are working with an established, growing business based in Telford that is looking to recruit a Customer Services and Sales Administrator to join their team. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and sales support, helping to meet company targets and objectives. Our client values responsibility and quality in work, acting in the best interests of colleagues and the company at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, be a good team player with a positive outlook, and possess good attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with confidence to liaise directly with stakeholders and suppliers. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
