Part Time – Customer Services and Sales Administrator

We are working with an established, growing business based in Telford that is looking to recruit a Customer Services and Sales Administrator to join their team. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and sales support, helping to meet company targets and objectives. Our client values responsibility and quality in work, acting in the best interests of colleagues and the company at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, be a good team player with a positive outlook, and possess good attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with confidence to liaise directly with stakeholders and suppliers. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer emails and monitor the sales inbox.
  • Organise transport within the UK and abroad.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Enter sales orders and customer information into the CRM system.
  • Produce order acknowledgements.
  • Update the Telford & EMEA sales dashboard.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Show willingness to learn new skills and undertake training.
  • Perform your role to the best of your abilities and seek help when needed.
  • Attend meetings and take notes as required.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries received via email and phone.
  • Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by management.
