Part-Time Customer Service Advisor

Location: Corby | Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, Monday–Friday, 4–5 hours per day) | Pay: £12.21 per hour

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Corby. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent service, and working flexibly during the week.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers.
  • Contact new enquiries within 24 hours.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships over the phone.
  • Log orders accurately on company systems.
  • Keep customer databases up to date in line with company guidelines.
  • Support customer marketing campaigns and call workflows.
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback to the wider team.
  • Assist with additional reasonable tasks as required.
