Job Description:

Part Time Customer Service Specialist
This role is based in Milton Keynes and offers a pro-rata salary of £28,000. The successful candidate will join the expanding E-commerce team, primarily handling internet orders, and providing excellent customer service via email and live chat. You will work closely with the E-commerce and Operations teams in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through email and live chat communication.
  • Prepare pick tickets for received orders.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with couriers regarding shipments.
  • Create manual web orders.
  • Manage stock levels for optimal availability.
  • Ensure product information consistency across the website.
  • Coordinate orders within internal systems.
Desired Attributes:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
