InstaStaff is currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Field Operator to join their remote team based at various bus, tram, and rail depots across Coventry.

As a Part Time Customer Service Field Operator, you will work in pairs to gather data from passengers travelling via bus, tram, or train. Your responsibilities will include counting passengers boarding and alighting, directing drivers to wait while data is collected, passing information to your partner, and entering data into a portal using a handheld computer.

This role is on an ad hoc basis, allowing you to choose your working days across all 7 days of the week. The working hours are from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm each day.

The duties include:

1. Working in pairs at various depots
2. Assisting with moving trains and trams
3. Directing bus drivers to wait during data collection
4. Using a clicker to count passengers
5. Gathering and uploading data via handheld computer

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service experience
• Good attention to detail
