Job summary

Screwfix is seeking a confident, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our professional team on a part-time basis. You will report to a Customer Service Manager and handle enquiries across calls, emails and WhatsApp for Screwfix, business and trade customers, delivering post-sales support with the highest standards.

The role follows a shift pattern including Monday, Saturday and Sunday plus one other weekday, with flexible hours. Start dates are 7 September and 21 September.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a Contact Centre.
• Competent user of all Microsoft Office applications.

• Respond to customer service enquiries via voice and non-voice channels.
• Exceed customer expectations and deliver the best experience possible.
• Make key customer service decisions to resolve issues.
• Balance both the customer and business needs.
• Coach customers on how to shop with us, including online and via our app.
• Deliver against Key Performance Indicators.
• Maximise relevant sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate and valuable customer insight to drive improvements.
