Part Time, Evening Customer Service Advisors required for a dynamic organization that is growing quickly and offering excellent career development opportunities. You will be given full training and tools to carry out your role to a very high standard, delivering an outstanding customer experience.   • 30 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 5pm - 01:30 am on a rota basis (12 shifts over 3 weeks)
  • 25 Hours per week - Shifts: 5x 5 hour shifts: Starting at 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm on a rota basis
  • Hybrid working after 2 weeks of office-based training
  • Salary £26,500 + benefits (pro rata)

Duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers regarding banking or payment queries by phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Take ownership and support customers in the speedy resolution of any issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to ensure customer calls are answered quickly and no one is left hanging on a call.
  • Show empathy for customers that need more time, more help, and more consideration.
  • Be vigilant for any fraudulent transactions or activity.

Essential skills and experience:

  • A positive attitude and common sense are key for this role, as well as experience in retail, hospitality, or corporate customer service.
  • You must be committed to delivering the highest level of service and have experience of going above and beyond for customers.
  • Be adaptable, a quick learner, and keen to succeed in a fast-paced business.

While there is frequent opportunity to work from home, applicants must live within a commutable distance to the office and be able to complete 2 weeks of office-based training.
