Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A strong background in customer service & administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.

Working hours for this role will be Mon - Tue 09:00 - 17:00 and Fri 13:00 - 17:00.

There will also be 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00.
