• Location: Ringwood, Hampshire - office based
• Salary: From £20,000 per annum, pro rata, dependent on experience, plus Company benefits
• Hours: Part-time opportunities from 15 hours per week
• Shifts: Operational hours are between 06:30-22:30, covering early and late shifts, including alternate weekends

We are expanding our call handling team at Careline Support Ltd and seek a personable, motivated, and diligent individual to join our team full-time.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls from retired homeowners, addressing emergencies (e.g., accidents, fires, floods), fire panel alarms, security calls, or providing friendly support
• Logging calls accurately in our CRM system
• Remaining alert and ready for subsequent calls
• Maintaining a flexible, friendly, and responsive approach

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals with customer service experience from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector. You should be a good listener and communicator, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm under pressure, and possess good common sense. A good standard of English and IT skills are essential.
