Job summary

Halfords in Didcot, Oxfordshire, is seeking a customer-focused associate for a part-time role (16 hours per week). You will learn to demonstrate products and explain our fitting services, delivering excellent service to every customer.

Experience in retail or a similar customer-focused sales environment is ideal. You should be available for weekend shifts and be proactive in helping customers find what they need, with training provided to support career development within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
