Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking an energetic Crew Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You’ll handle food preparation, serve customers at the till, and help keep dining areas clean and welcoming.

You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service, follow food safety and hygiene procedures, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive guest experience. No prior experience is required, and you’ll receive on-the-job training and opportunities to grow.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
