Job summary

Equans is seeking a Part time Cleaning Supervisor for Weymouth Magistrate Court, The Law Courts, Westway Road, Weymouth DT4 8BS. The role is permanent, 10 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.40 and a Monday–Friday 16:00–18:00 shift.

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead the team to keep the site clean and meet contract standards. You will manage daily tasks, assist with stock ordering, and arrange cover for absences, while guiding and motivating the team to maintain a positive work

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaner.
• At least one year in a customer‑facing environment.
• Current DBS clearance (ideally no older than 12 months).
• Ability to obtain BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cleaning team to meet contract standards at Weymouth Magistrate Court.
• Manage daily tasks and stock ordering; arrange cover for absences.
• Provide team talks and guidance; promote a positive work environment.
