Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Part-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Weymouth Magistrate Court, Westway Road, Weymouth. The role is permanent, 10 hours per week with a 16:00–18:00 shift from Monday to Friday.

You will lead the cleaning team, manage daily tasks, support stock ordering, provide team talks, arrange cover for absences, and drive a positive, compliant work environment. BPSS vetting and DBS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaner
• At least one year experience within customer focused environment
• Current DBS (Ideally no older than 12 months)
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting
• Ideally BICS trained
• Experience in a leading role

Responsibilities

• Lead the cleaning team to keep the site clean and meet contract standards.
• Manage daily tasks and support stock ordering.
• Provide team talks and arrange cover for absences.
• Guide and motivate the team and ensure a positive work environment.
