Part-Time Conveyancing Paralegal - Maidenhead
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to provide part-time support in its Maidenhead office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and reliable paralegal to join a friendly and professional team.
The role is office-based and offered on a part-time basis - three days per week. It will suit someone with a solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes who enjoys working as part of a collaborative and client-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting fee earners with a range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Drafting documentation and handling post-completion matters
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other third parties
  • Conducting property searches and preparing reports
  • Managing file administration and ensuring compliance with procedures


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a conveyancing support or paralegal role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A professional and proactive approach to client service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Confidence in handling day-to-day conveyancing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
