We’re looking for a creative and confident Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis.

As our agency grows, we’re attracting new customers who haven’t worked with us before — and they’ll want to get to know who we are and how we operate behind the scenes. This role is all about helping us show that.

You’ll be creating high-quality, aesthetic content that reflects our premium brand — while also showing the human side of what we do. We want to balance professionalism with personality, giving our audience a genuine feel for how we work.

️ Days are flexible, but must be agreed with another team member to ensure coverage and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Create short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos) that shows both our work and our team culture
• Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera — including live video when required
• Capture and share behind-the-scenes moments from shoots, client work, and day-to-day agency life
• Collaborate with the wider team to plan and schedule content in line with our strategy and tone

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a strong on-camera presence and creative eye
• Experience creating content (for yourself, a brand, or a client)
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
