Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a part-time Multi-Skills Lecturer for a North London FE college. You will deliver both practical and theory-based teaching across construction and multi-skills, helping learners to build hands-on competencies in workshop and classroom settings.

The role focuses on two days per week (Thursdays and Fridays) with ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment consultant and a chance to contribute to an established FE Construction department.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple construction trades or a strong Multi-Skills background.
• Level 2/3 construction qualification required or equivalent.
• Previous teaching or training in Further Education, adult education or similar setting.
• A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, but strong industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theory-based teaching across construction and multi-skills areas.
• Support learners to develop practical skills, knowledge and confidence in workshop and classroom.
