A leading hospitality company is seeking a Part-Time Conference & Events Assistant in London. We’re seeking a Part-Time Conference & Events Assistant to join our Operations team. The Conference & Events Assistant will report directly to the Service Manager. This role offers a guaranteed 16-hour workweek contract, with flexibility for additional hours during peak periods, potentially up to full-time (40 hours) depending on business needs.
Please note: candidates must currently reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.
The Conference & Events Assistant will provide genuine anticipatory service to clients and participants in all aspects of hospitality and conference services. Your responsibilities include interacting with clients to ensure a great experience, collaborating with Culinary, Production, and Technology teams, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
