Job summary

The Nest Holmfirth CIC is seeking a Community Connector to strengthen coordination across parenting support, building links with local organisations and maintaining The Nest Online as a local navigation tool. You will gather insights from parents, support multi-agency collaboration and help reduce duplication, ensuring families can access help quickly and without gaps.

The role runs 6 hours per week on a fixed-term contract beginning immediately, with Holmfirth-based work and some remote/hybrid

• Ability to work with a range of organisations and professionals.
• Understanding of challenges faced by parents and families.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with organisations supporting parents, babies and families.
• Act as a point of contact between The Nest and local partners.
• Support communication across the local support system to reduce duplication and fragmentation.
• Share updates, opportunities, and relevant information with partners.
• Partnership Community Outreach Event Delivery – 4 events
