Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Community Care Assistant to join our team in Southampton. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to lead independent and dignified lives in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in friendly conversations and shared activities
  • Assist with light household tasks, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a pleasant living environment
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to clients' preferences and dietary requirements
  • Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote their overall well-being
  • Support medication management by ensuring clients adhere to prescribed regimens
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care activities and any changes in clients' conditions
  • Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to clients' needs and emergencies
