The Exciting Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. As a Commis Chef, you will be an essential part of the Kitchen Brigade, reporting to the Head Chef. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional food, assisting with food preparation, and basic cooking under the supervision of a chef de partie or sous chef. The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a passion for food and cooking, and demonstrate genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene
• Prepare ingredients for senior chefs
• Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Handle deliveries and stock rotation
