Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day duties of operations of a commercial property portfolio.
• Dealing with insurance renewals.
• Preparation and processing of all sales invoicing/Tenant demands.
• Produce tenant arrears reports and contact tenants to chase for payments.
• Ensuring Property management system is kept up to date.
• Weekly site inspections.
• Organising for smart meters to be installed.
• Dealing with maintenance requests.
• Onboarding new managed properties.
• Duties may change.
