Job Description:

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for Flexible or Part Time Tour Drivers working out of the Oxford region to join the Alfa Coaches team. You will cover driver absence and holidays and will receive a pro-rata salary of £32,025 for tour days worked.

Additionally, you may have the opportunity to cover single-day duties such as feeder services or excursions. The day rate guarantees a minimum of £94.26 for up to 6 hours worked. Hours above 6 hours (less 1 hour lunch) will be paid at £15.71 per hour.

The Flexible Relief Tour Driver Role:

We seek drivers interested in part-time work, either planned in advance or on short notice, to cover feeders, excursions, or full tours for the week. This role suits professional drivers seeking better work-life balance or extra income in semi-retirement. We welcome all circumstances, so please get in touch.

You should be passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, ensuring safety and friendliness whether spending a week in resort or transporting customers to and from their holiday.

• Experience with Coach Tours is advantageous but not essential; if interested, have the correct license, and are eager to learn, contact us.
• Customer service is key, as you will represent the Alfa Travel brand.
• You must be a safe, efficient driver, comfortable with technology, with a maximum of 3 points on your license.
