Job description

Overview

Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically, authority is assigned on an individual shift basis.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
  • May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management
  • May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on activities, in the absence of store management
  • May represent management in resolving customer service issues
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

  • Preferred: 2 or more years of previous experience in a related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation

$16.00-$17.36 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
