Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is offering a Clinical Fellow (Registrar level) position in Medical Microbiology for 12 months. The post is 0.4 WTE (two days a week on site) with the remainder covered by a Specialty Doctor in Microbiology, and on-call rota discussion may follow.

The role includes clinical microbiology/infection consultations, ward rounds, laboratory interface, and antimicrobial stewardship work under supervision of a duty consultant.

Qualifikationen

• Full GMC registration with unrestricted license to practice.
• Suitable clinical experience in microbiology/infectious diseases.
• MSc Microbiology.

Aufgaben

• Clinical Microbiology/Infection consultations and liaison.
• Daily infection ward rounds and report authorisation.
• Antimicrobial stewardship activities and infection prevention liaison.
