Bupa Mindplace Chertsey is seeking a Clinical Counselling Psychologist for a part-time role at its Chertsey site. The position offers five client appointments per day across face-to-face, telephone or video formats, with supervision and collaborative work within the therapy team.

Qualifikationen

• General adult mental health experience.
• At least 1 year's post-qualification clinical experience.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations for evidence-based intervention.
• Offer different models of service delivery: face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.
• Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.
• Work within sessional limits based on the client's Private Medical Insurance allowance.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.
• Offer ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching.
• Conduct one-off assessments and referral recommendations.
• Provide group psychoeducation and mental health awareness through remote presentations, workshops, and training.

Kenntnisse

Ausbildung

Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology (BPS accredited)

HPC registration as Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
