MONCLER is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Client Advisor to join our team at London Selfridges.

Our Client Advisors, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, guide clients through the brand’s values and heritage, understanding their needs and building long-lasting relationships.

The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for achieving individual results and contributing to team targets.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  1. Provide excellent service during all phases of the selling process: welcoming, understanding customer needs, supporting try-ons, cross-selling, and guiding to other departments if needed;
  2. Create a unique client experience, fostering long-lasting relationships through all selling and after-sales activities in a warm environment;
  3. Achieve sales targets and performance goals;
  4. Maintain visual standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team, including replenishment and stock management;
  5. Assist with inventories, product replenishment, and stock activities;
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times;
  7. Work effectively with the team, conveying energy and motivation, and being a reliable partner.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or retail, with Menswear experience as a plus;
  • Passion for retail, client service, and luxury fashion;
  • Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willingness to grow within the organization;
  • Fluency and sophistication in English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Digitally aware and open to new working methods;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
