Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence division is recruiting a part-time Cleaning Supervisor to support operations on Defence sites, contracted to 30 hours per week and 50.2 weeks per year. The role focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards and coordinating cleaning teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be organised with great attention to detail.
• Experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Sanitise surfaces, floors, windows and other touchpoints regularly.
• Mop up spillages quickly and perform additional cleaning as required.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste and monitor supplies.
• Restock cleaning stocks and coordinate replenishment.
