Job summary

Broxbourne Council in Cheshunt is seeking professional cleaners to join the in-house Facilities team at BEST Waste Transfer Station. The role is part-time, 10-15 hours per week, with early mornings or evenings Monday to Friday.

You will perform general office cleaning and deep cleaning tasks, collect recycling, and report estate defects. Applicants must be experienced and able to communicate with the public in fluent English. Training and a commitment to the council's values apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning in office and light industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• General office cleaning (including toilets and kitchens) to a high standard
• Undertaking routine, periodic and deep cleaning tasks
• Collection of recycling and refuse as required
• Checking for defects and reporting estate issues found
