Job summary

Concept Resources are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cleaner to work at a government office in Guiseley, Leeds. This is a long-term temporary position with consistent afternoon working hours.

The ideal candidate has previous commercial cleaning experience, is willing to complete BPSS screening, and can provide Right to Work documentation at induction. You will work independently, follow security procedures, clocking systems and maintain high hygiene standards across

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• BPSS clearance required: willing to complete Baseline Personnel Security Standard screening.
• Must provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Must be comfortable working alone.
• Willingness to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system if required.
• Ability to use a telephone-based attendance system.
• Reliable, punctual and available for afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and sanitising desks, surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Replenishing washroom supplies.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Working independently and completing all allocated cleaning duties.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
• Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.
• Following site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation where required.
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated shift.
