Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• BPSS clearance is required; candidates must be willing to complete screening.
• Must provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Comfortable working alone.
• Willingness to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system if required.
• Experience using a telephone-based attendance system is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Dust and sanitize desks, surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Replenish washroom supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work independently and complete all cleaning duties.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
• Follow site security procedures and clocking system.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated shift.

Duties

• - Cleaning offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• - Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• - Dusting and sanitising desks, surfaces and high-touch areas.
• - Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• - Replenishing washroom supplies.
• - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• - Working independently and completing all allocated cleaning duties.
• - Following site health and safety procedures.
• - Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.
• - Following site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation where required.
• - Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated shift.

Requirements

• - Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
