Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, DEFENCE division ESS, is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams contracted to 30 hours per week in England. You will help deliver clean, safe environments for our clients and customers across defence sites.

The role offers flexible day shifts with a steady routine, and previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Keep surfaces, floors and touchpoints sanitised regularly.
• Assist with restocking cleaning supplies and waste disposal.
• Collaborate with cleaning and facilities teams to maintain safe environments.
