About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Experienced Cleaner to join our team to work within a new build scheme in the area of Leckhampton.

The hours of work are starting at once a fortnight on a Wednesday for 3-4 hours, cleaning the office and show home. More hours are then available to complete sparkle cleans for the completed properties on the plots which will include cleaning of the exterior windows and fascias and inside clean of the properties.

There are also extra hours available to join our team of void cleaners, which are end of tenancy cleans in and around the area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the offices and show home, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards.

You shall need a full clean driving licence and your own vehicle.

This role requires effective communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This position would suit an organised, methodical person. You shall need physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

We are looking for candidates who take pride in their work, have good time and attendance records, live near Leckhampton or surrounding areas & would like to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices and the show home.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Drive to various locations as required in your own vehicle for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is required.
• A valid driving licence is needed and your own vehicle as you shall be required travel between plots.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
