Job summary

Atlas is hiring a Cleaner for client sites in Hamilton, Leicestershire. The role runs Monday to Friday, 15:00–17:00, at an hourly rate of £12.80. Full training and ongoing support are provided to deliver the cleaning specification and maintain high standards.

You will join a supportive Atlas team, with opportunities for learning, benefits access, and potential career progression within Atlas. A good attitude, attention to detail, and local residency are valued for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile to meet the needs of Atlas’ clients on-site.
• Deliver cleaning per the specified cleaning protocol and use equipment after initial training.
• Provide high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle cleaning materials and equipment with proper training.
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins into waste and recycling containers.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that supports each other to achieve results.
