Atlas is recruiting a Cover Cleaner for client premises in the UK on a zero-hours basis. The role offers flexible ad hoc shifts with no minimum hours and an hourly rate of £12.71.

You will receive training, full on-site induction, and opportunities to grow within Atlas as part of a supportive team. We value pride in workmanship and attention to detail, and you will work to high cleaning standards in a collaborative environment, with DBS check and right-to-work requirements.

Qualifications

• Attitude to thrive; cleaning experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Able to perform the physical tasks required by the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication with the public and client staff.
• Good social skills and a friendly service approach.
• We cannot sponsor work visas; applicants must have existing legal right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Two satisfactory references are required as part of recruitment.

Responsabilités

• On-site cleaning to meet Atlas client specifications.
• Induction and on-boarding with initial training within the first week.
• Deliver high-standard customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with proper training.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning meets the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team to consistently go the extra mile.
