Qualifications

Job description

Equans is looking for a Part Time Cleaner to join our team in Oldham, OL9 9QY on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. The salary is £11.44 per hour, along with a benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

3.15pm - 7.15pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing and maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors, meeting the standards of the Authority.
2. Carrying out all cleaning activities according to specifications, safely and within the allocated times.
3. Using cleaning materials and consumables as recommended by EQUANS's supplier, following their instructions.
4. Performing specialist cleaning tasks such as scrubber/dryer operation, spot carpet cleaning, high-level cleaning, and deep cleaning of toilets and kitchens.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience cleaning in large public buildings
• Understanding of Health & Safety principles
• Knowledge of COSHH legislation
